it’s the wedding rewind y’all! we always love it when another planner recommends us to her friends… and it was because of sweet jenny cook {charlotte planner extraordinaire!} that we were able to work with sara and jonathon for their asheville wedding at the crest center! we helped them plan and pull their look together… lots of lighting, clean colors, and a nod to their love of music.

so first, a few pics that brought us some inspiration…
ready to see how it all comes together? we thought so… we started by keeping it simple at the ceremony, which was offsite.
we ended up incorporating the wood/twig elements into the lighting… so the floral team placed large wooden twig balls hanging from the ceiling to bring in both elements, and adding in hanging candle trays from the ceiling. yep. you read that right. the results gave us clean lines during the day, and a romantic fairy-like land at night. love.
