Planning a wedding on a private property or private home is no easy feat. It can be wonderful because often the place will have special meaning to you – but there are definitely a lot more logistics and things to consider when you do this. The best advice we can give is to have a good wedding team on your side. Enlist professionals in all areas who can really take care of all the small details, or any snafus that come up along the way. After all – it’s your day to be married!! Not to be worried about how the chairs are set up, how the ice is going to stay frozen, or who is going to flip the tent {see below!} To name just a couple, you have to have a great rental company and if you are transporting your guests, a great transportation company. We recommend Classic Event Rental and Blue Ridge Limo …they are fantastic! Both of these Asheville wedding vendors were on board for this wedding!

Below you can see how we flipped the tent from ceremony to reception. Guests were up towards the house for cocktail hour, as we had 4 staff flip this tent for 200 people in 45 minutes.
They were then ready to party the night away!
