the cake was designed by the groom, representing the couple’s journey and where they had been. bottom layer: groom’s home of jerusalem; then waynesville, the bride’s home; university of north carolina, where they went to school; travels; subjects of what they studied in college, and the two of them as the topper!
now….it’s a party!

we had custom pillows made for the rocking chairs to coordinate with the colors of the day.
they had the best seat in the house! always try and sit so you can see everyone, and everyone can see you as well.
