ellen and chris first came to us for their wedding in asheville at the nc arboretum from our sister company, wedding planning boutique, studiowed, where they found so many of their wedding pros. we were thrilled when they hired us for day of coordination! jennifer worked with them leading up to the wedding… and when the day came, the one thing we always plan for but it never happens, happened. i got a call from jennifer at about 2:00, and her daughter was having a medical emergency, and they were headed to the emergency room. the team came together – threw on our black event clothes, grabbed the paperwork from our computers, and went to the wedding. ellen and chris were amazing with all of this… they had confidence in the team, and it felt so good to know that they trusted us. and the wedding team? they were all sorts of fabulousness with us, and we all came together and made it happen! i say it over and over it again. but who you hire matters. a lot. and jennifer’s little girl? she was just fine, and jennifer joined us at the reception once we all knew she was okay.
