more from anne and tim!  each table name was love in a different language; and as you can see from the pictures, we worked the l-o-v-e in everywhere!  enjoy these fab pictures by the talented amber holritz for corey mcnabb photography!  many, many thanks to beth at studio flora diva for the gorgeous flowers and design!

anne and timthis is one of my favorite shots of the night.  anne had a vision of the lights you would find over a cafe on a little side street in italy, so these lights that you see were ordered for this wedding.  what a nice touch!

and one of my favorite favors. ever. who doesn’t love a good hot donut?!?  but that is not why it is my fav. after tim proposed to anne, they went to krispy kreme and got donuts and milk.  so what better late night snack for your guests?  and of course, you have to have some milk to go with it.

…and off for the night in a classic vintage car!  best wishes anne and tim!

this may be one of my favorite weddings.  anne and tim were married on a fall day in the walled garden of the biltmore estate ~ with the reception following at the conservatory.  anne was so much fun to work with!  she is so, so sweet, and had such wonderful ideas.  the design theme behind her wedding was ‘love in every language’ ~ and i loved this twist on what the day is all about.  all of her invitations were custom designed by dana at a fine line, which all worked in beautifully with the floral from beth at studio flora diva.  ah-mazing.  check out the getting ready shots and a few pics from the ceremony by amber holritz for corey mcnabb photography!

we hope you all had a wonderful thanksgiving!  we have so many great weddings and ideas to post – and hopefully those all will be up soon.   that being said, as much as we realize the need to blog – we are so thankful for the moments we have had over the past year.  we have worked with so many great brides and grooms, and already in full swing for 2011 and 2012.  i truly feel we have embraced the moments, and had such great experiences with brides, grooms, families, and our wonderful vendor teams.  we are thankful for each of you.   ~ nicole

jessica and dustin wed in june at their future       homesite.  jessica’s family worked for several months clearing the wooded lot that would become jessica and dustin’s ceremony site and future home.  it was truly amazing seeing the transformation and witnessing the efforts by her parents.  her dad built and landscaped everything; the arbor, benches, fence and bridge handcrafted for his daughter out of love!  her mom planted so many flowers to assure in june there would be beautiful blooms.  it turned out to be a perfect day, and all the hard work was enjoyed by so many.  thank you to aaron morrell with aaron imaging for sharing these fantastic photos.

when jessica and i first met we discussed all the outdoor options in and around asheville to have her wedding.  we spent a day traveling to different wedding venues. nothing seemed to be just right. then i got a call that they found the perfect place… their land!

her color’s were blue and purple with accents of green and white.  blossoms at biltmore park handled all the floral and did an amazing job.  the reception took place at the burnsville town hall, only a short drive from the ceremony. details to come soon!

i love that they included so many children in their wedding. they had a flower girl, ring bearer, minature bride and groom, and junior attendants.
